Conner started training with Master Centrone at the YMCA at the age of 7. He then transferred to Pal Che and began to train with the students there. He received his black belt in April of 2005. He is proud to have earned numerous trophys and medals in many tournaments and was a member of the demo team that placed third in the reigon 8 tournament in 2004.

Conner enjoys training with younger and older students alike. His grandfather started training in the summer of 2005 at the age of 63, and his younger brother started training in the fall of 2006. Conner is thrilled to share his Tang Soo Do knowledge with them.

Conner is a 14 year old ninth grader at Strath Haven High School.
