I received the rank of Cho Dan in October of 2004. I have been training in Tang Soo Do since July of 2001. I began my training under the instruction of Master Ron Raver at Pal Che Tang Soo Do and continue training at Pal Che under the instruction of Mr. Joe Centrone. I enjoy teaching children’s classes at Pal Che, especially my newest class, the Tiny Tigers. I believe it is very rewarding to see the development of children in the martial art and see this flow over to their whole life.

I have three children of my own, two of which train with me at Pal Che. I work full time in the Sales department of an online educational directory, and teach at Pal Che once a week. My favorite thing about Tang Soo Do is, it allows me to work hard at something, using both my mind and body. I enjoy the time it gives me to better myself.
