Certified Instructor since 1993. Known for his outstanding spirit, determination and non stop drive.  He was voted WTSDA 'Student of the Year' in 1998.

In addition to his many duties as Legal Counsel to the WTSDA, Master Melchiorre also maintains his own law firm in Center City Philadelphia while teaching and maintaining his personal training.  He started in Tang Soo Do at Shin Karate, Philadelphia in 1989.  Although he was already a proficient Shotokan Black Belt, he started over as a white belt in TSD. His humble and respectful attitude has inspired many students throughout his many years of training and teaching. In September of 2005, Master Melchiorre transferred to Pal Che TSD to join the family of his good friend Master Joe Centrone.  The move to Pal Che Tang Soo Do was the best thing he could have done.  It not only gave Master Melchiorre a home to train at, it also gave him a family to train with.

Master Melchiorre believes that TSD develops a student’s personality, through training, so that students will truly understand that most situations can be resolved in a non-violent way.  The best fight you can win is the one you can talk your way out of.

His motto is “I’ll run; If you catch me, it’s your fault”.
